I don't want to go too much into details about how I made the dress, but I have to explain why the back of the dress got the way it got. The bride to be has a big and beautiful tattoo, on her back , and I wanted to make her dress as unique as she is. So I decided that I would try to crochet her tattoo. But because the tattoo is so finely detailed I couldn't achieve the same effect because the thread of silk was to thick, and sadly you can't find thinner silk then the one I was working with. :( So I had to come up with some other technique, because I didn't want to give up, so I tried point lace. I wanted to make it in such a way that here tattoo doesn't show under the dress.
És itt a végtermék - And here is the finished wedding dress
